This circuit will delight all mountain bikers. It takes in the Etang Saint-Louis and then the Chèvre d'Or hill. The return leg is the most difficult part of the route, as it's the only way to visit Saint-Restitut and reach the finish.
From vineyards to oak groves, you'll reach the atypical Etang Saint-Louis and discover the wonderful, Mediterranean-scented hill of La Chèvre d'Or. The return journey through the Paluds plain takes you to the foot of the most difficult part of this route, the obligatory passage to the Saint-Restitut plateau.
