Frédéric Viret is an experienced professional mountain guide who will guide you throught rock climbing, via ferrata or canyoning sessions. He values safety, respect of your own rythm and takes special care to communicate well and enjoys sharing the beauties of the sites visited.

Via Ferrata : half a day to enter the vertical world of rock faces and climb along a cliff with no technical difficulty but just to enjoy going upwards, to get over our fears and enjoy the lush and preserved nature under our feet.

Climbing: a full day or half a day to discover climbing with your family in beautiful spots for your first steps on the rock: learn to use ropes and belaying techniques... then share your impressions on this new experience.

Canyoning: Enter the world of rock slots eroded by water where coolness is a delight to the senses. Everything is new there: vegetation, the shapes created by erosion, the careful ways we move, the joy of abseiling a waterfall, to slide down a canyon and jump in its beautiful pools.
