Gite des Pioupious

The cottage, a spacious and comfortable renovated farmhouse, is located in the countryside of Livron, at the gates of the Drôme Provençale, between the mountains of Vercors and Ardèche and can accommodate up to 6 people.

The cottage is completely independent with views of Ardèche and it is no smoking.
It has an independent entrance, a green area with sun lounguers, a closed courtyard with garden table anc hairs and a large private covered parking.
It consists of a large room with fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room with television and private WIFI, 2 bedrooms (one with deouble bed of 140 and one 2 beds 90 for adults or children), a bathroom, a separate WC, a laundry room and a covered terrace with garden furniture and dining area.
Bed linen, towels and kitchen towels are provided.
An electric barbecue is available.
In addition, baby equipment and 3 mountains bikes can be provided.
Many hikes, cycling, motorbike are possible from the cottage or in the surroundings (ViaRhôna 1 km, Drôme by bike, various green roads 5 km...)
