Single-storey gîte, located on the first floor of the owners' home, in a residential area. Wicket door and separate entrance.

Kitchen opening onto the living room, dining area and lounge (sofa bed 1x140), TV (Canal+ bouquet), bedroom (double bed 1x160), bathroom and toilet (washbasin, Italian shower, washing machine). Access to a private terrace with garden furniture from the living room. Outside, a second terrace with dining area and private 4-seater inflatable spa, accessible from May to October. Parking in the allotment in front of the gîte. The gîte is located on the heights of the small village of Laveyron, between Tain l'Hermitage and Chanas. In the Drôme des Collines, in the heart of the Rhône Valley, you'll be less than 5km from the Viarhôna trail, and there are plenty of great hiking and biking opportunities. Within a 20/30min radius, you'll find: the Cité du Chocolat de Valrhôna, the mythical Palais du Facteur Cheval in Hauterives, the Ardèche train and its bicycle rail, the Peaugres safari, hot-air balloon excursions in Annonay, the still museum and much more! You can also discover the expertise of local artisans: Revol and Jars porcelains in Saint-Uze, Lafuma factory outlet in Anneyron (10 min), Marques-Avenue in Romans (40min). For climbing enthusiasts, a natural bouldering site called "les Roches qui dansent" is less than 15 min away. A geological curiosity in a shady undergrowth.
