Apartment of 75 m2 for 4 people is located on the 1st floor in relation to the garden. Beautiful view of the Rhone and the Ardéchoises mountains.

It comprises two bedrooms with 140cm beds, with the option of adding a cot and high chair for babies. A living room with kitchenette. A bathroom (bath and shower) and separate toilet. Beds are made up on arrival. I supply sheets, towels, kitchen towels, a rolling stock of condiments and a cleaning kit.

Outside, you have all the space you need, garden furniture, barbecue, petanque area, children's playground and above-ground swimming pool (5.5m diameter), deckchairs and parasol.

For motorbike tourists, there's space to park your car and trailer, and a secure, enclosed area to park your motorcycles.

Montélimar and its nougat, our perched villages; Mirmande, Poët-Laval, the markets of Provence, the wine route and its Cotes du Rhone, Ardèche and the Chauvet cave, the descent of the gorges etc... but also a golf course, accrobranche nearby.
