The house opens onto an entrance hall and the living room, a large open plan with cathedral ceiling. The fully-equipped kitchen extends onto a terrace. A corridor leads to the 4 bedrooms and a shared bathroom with bath and shower. Separate toilet.
The children's bedroom is equipped with a cot and a toddler bed. The master bedroom has its own private shower room. And two other bedrooms, one facing north and the other west.
Outside, there are two terraces, one facing west with a beautiful view of Mont Ventoux and the vineyards, and the other facing south near the swimming pool. The garden is planted with oak trees. Private parking.
NO WIFI, but excellent 4G reception.
