Cosy little house in the north of the Ardèche. Ideal for hikers and cyclists, there are many walks in the vicinity, leading to beautiful panoramic views. Located at 820 m altitude, 40 min from Tournon-Sur-Rhône, 1.5 km from the village of Pailharès, shops in Saint-Félicien (7 km), Lalouvesc (10 km).

This little stone house will keep you cool in summer and cosy by the fire in winter.

Fully-equipped kitchen, microwave, oven, washing machine, bathroom with shower and toilet, two bedrooms with double beds (160cm), bed linen and towels provided, TV.
Wood-burning stove.
The house has been completely renovated, retaining its original charm.

The accommodation is private and independent. It is NOT shared with the owners or other tenants.

Outdoor furniture: 1 table and 4 chairs.
Armchairs/transats can be provided.
You can enjoy the outdoors around the house, not to mention the paths leading away from the house for walking, hiking, cycling...

There's no traffic around the house (only the occasional 4x4 or motorcycle on the road parallel to the house).
No neighbours.


NOTES: no wifi, but good telephone and 4G connection. A henhouse is located close to the property, which may cause occasional inconvenience.
