Remarkably well located 45 minutes from Valence, 1 hour from Grenoble and only 10 minutes from Saint-Jean-Royans where you will find all the shops and services, the house will be the starting point for your excursions through Royans and the Vercors massif. In the Vercors natural park, bordering Isère, this summer and winter playground will delight nature lovers with multiple walks and discoveries: the aqueduct and the paddle steamer of Saint-Nazaire-en-Royans, the colorful houses suspended on the valley side and the water museum of Pont-en-Royans, the caves of Choranche and Thaïs, the Carmelite convent of Beauvoir-en-Royans. Not forgetting the prestigious roads through the Bourne gorges, the Petits and Grands Goulets, Combe Laval, the ski resorts (Font d'Urle, Herbouilly, Col de Rousset), the many local and gourmet specialties: Dauphiné ravioli, Grenoble walnuts, Vercors-Sassenage blue cheese, rainbow trout and Vercors brown trout.

Discover this charming air-conditioned single-storey cottage for your peaceful stay in Royans, at the gateway to the Vercors. It benefits from a green environment in a beautiful 3,200m² wooded and flowery property. The Bournières cottage is adjoining our home, the entrance is independent and the layout is as follows: air-conditioned kitchen/living room, air-conditioned bedroom with shower room/wc (160x190cm). You benefit from a private terrace facing south-oued. A shelter for bicycles and motorcycles is at your disposal. To share with us: the garden, the parking with gate, the outdoor spa open depending on the weather. Enjoy sweet moments as a couple when you return from your walks! The cottage is attached to our house but we are happy to be discreet, we like to welcome you, exchange and we will respect your privacy, we will make you have a pleasant relaxing stay.
