This gîte is located in a small hamlet, inhabited year-round. The surroundings are splendid, with views of the mountains and the Saou forest. Discover this listed site with its many signposted walks to the peaks (Trois Becs, Roche Colombe, Petit and Grand Pomerolle). Crest and its keep (the highest in Europe) are 20 minutes away, as is Dieulefit, classified as a Ville et Métiers d'Art, renowned for its crafts and pottery. Visit the region's typical villages, such as Le Poët-Laval, Bourdeaux and Pont de Barret. Stroll through the old village of Soyans, dominated by the ruins of a 16th-century castle and a 12th-century chapel with panoramic views. Also nearby: climbing sites, the Drôme and Roubion rivers, numerous local markets...

Semi-detached gîte with separate entrance, spacious terrace not overlooked with garden furniture, charcoal barbecue, picnic table. Part of the terrace is sheltered. Ground floor: entrance via living room with fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting area (corner sofa, bench, TV), wood-burning stove. One bedroom with double bed (1x160), bathroom with Italian shower, double washbasin and toilet. Raised ground floor: indep toilet in hallway, one bedroom with double bed (1x160) and one bedroom with two single beds (2x90). Both rooms have direct access to the west-facing terrace. Electric space heater (oil bath) in each bedroom. Parking on the property. Pets accepted on request and subject to certain conditions (contact reservation service). Access to gîte via a 100 m unpaved carriage road.
