The entrance opens onto the air-conditioned living room, including the sitting area (sofa and wall-mounted TV) overlooking the bay window, and the kitchen/living area. The corridor leads to the air-conditioned bedroom (queen-size bed 160x200cm with desk), shower room (large shower) and separate toilet.

Your private 10m² south-facing terrace is shaded by a stretched canvas and enjoys a magnificent view over the Romans plain and the Vercors massif.

Private parking at the foot of the gîte. The property is in the heart of nature, 300m as the crow flies from the 1st neighborhood (access via 400m of gravel drive). The bed will be made for your arrival.

1h from Grenoble and 1h30 from Lyon, between the hills, the plain of Romans and the foothills of the Vercors, Alain's gîte is an ideal base camp for discovering the northern Drôme region, with a wide range of pleasures and activities. Not far from Royans and Vercors, or the historic shoe-making town of Romans-sur-Isère, you can combine outdoor activities with shopping at Marques-Avenue and sampling local specialities.

In the village: bakeries, butcher's shop, pharmacy, restaurants, pizzeria, hairdressers, market on Wednesdays, 1 electric vehicle charging station. And the hamlet of Saint Ange (listed church, pétanque area, picnic tables).
