Gîte 1

The Domaine du Cocher offers 3 newly created and carefully equipped gîtes just 15 minutes from Crest and 20 minutes from Valence. In the center of the triangle formed by Valence - Crest- Livron-sur-Drôme, between the Valence plain, the Rhône valley and the Drôme valley, young and old will be able to enjoy the surrounding countryside. The place is the ideal solution for exploring while remaining close to amenities and shops, there are a thousand places to discover. Picturesque villages, rivers, forests, the perched Saoû syncline, the Trois-Becs, cliffs, markets and local products, tourist routes and their panoramas. The Upie zoo (5 min), the Ramières station nature reserve (10 min), the Lorient park (15 min), the Etoile Park 26 water sports center (15 min).

The 3 gîtes are located on the north wing of our house. Gîte 1 is the most to the west, it is located upstairs (12 steps with ramp). The entrance is independent and opens onto the air-conditioned living room with kitchen area and lounge area, 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with TV and storage (1x160x200) (2x80x200 which can be combined), shower room/wc. You benefit from 40m² fully equipped just for you. To share with our guests: parking, pétanque court, garden. As a family, as a couple, alone or with friends, on a weekend or for a long stay, we welcome you with care and all-inclusive services all year round.
