For your exclusive use: beautiful terrace of almost 28m², parking, wellness area with spa. To share: pétanque court, garden, laundry room (washing machine, dryer, ice maker, bike room), heated swimming pool (size 10x4.5m, depth ranging from 1m to 1.8m max, open from mid-May to mid-October depending on weather, 10 a.m.-12 p.m./2 p.m.-5 p.m.).
