Discover the work of the cutler craftsman. Visit the workshop in operation and see blades are forged. Come and meet the master cutler and find out some of the secrets of his craft and expertise.

What are the blacksmith's tools? What's the difference between iron and steel? Why cherry red? All the answers are at the heart of the forge!

Materials sales: steel, coal, materials and equipment.
Initiation and training, forging school, discovery, sharing and improvement.
Creative workshops: put on a leather apron, pick up a hammer and work the metal yourself to forge a souvenir under the guidance of the master blacksmith (8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. with complimentary snack, by reservation only).
