Facing the Rhône and the pretty village of Andance, on the banks of the Viarhôna, in the heart of the Rhône Valley vineyards, a 150 m² gîte on the top floor of a beautiful family house. The 4 bedrooms are spacious and each one is nicely decorated and personalised.
The living room is of good size (50m²) and has all the necessary comfort for a stopover of one day or more or for a stay with friends or family. Cyclists, hikers, this is an ideal and quality stopover!
4 bedrooms on the 2nd floor of a beautiful regional house (1x140) (1x160) (3x90) (2x90). A shower room and an independent toilet - A bathroom and private toilet in one of the bedrooms. All linen is provided. Washing machine and dryer available on the ground floor (shared with the owners).
