Just 30 minutes north of Valence and Romans-sur-Isère, set away from the village among orchards, vineyards, forests and a dominant view of the hills, the Mas de Surlan opens its doors to you in a bucolic setting. It's the ideal place to enjoy the Drôme des Collines region. For a weekend or longer stay, within a 15-30 minute radius, you can visit Tain l'Hermitage, with its Cité du Chocolat, the Croze-Hermitage and Hermitage vineyards, St Barthélémy de Vals with its Roches qui dansent, Lac de Champos, Hauterives with its Palais Idéal du facteur Cheval, and the Cité de la Chaussure in Romans-sur-Isère. Easy access: 15 minutes from the A7 freeway and the N7 trunk road.

First floor: kitchenette, living room with sitting area and access to terrace, shower room with walk-in shower and toilet. Upstairs: mezzanine sleeping area (4x90x200 can be twinned into 180x200 double beds). Free access to shared washing machine.
