You'll love this detached house, the calm of the property and its wooded grounds. Located in Drôme Provençale, it's a perfect destination for discovering the Drôme and Ardèche regions. La Ferme aux Crocodiles in Pierrelatte (10 kms) is an unmissable zoological park, as is Grignan and its famous château (less than 20 kms away). In the surrounding area, the hilltop villages are well worth a visit. These include La Garde Adhémar, Montségur-Sur-Lauzon, La-Baume-de-Transit... and many others. Numerous local products have made the region famous and have become must-sees: olives, nougat, apricots, Rhône Valley wines, lavender... And let's not forget the famous Tricastin black truffle, celebrated in Saint-Paul-Trois-Châteaux (truffle market from December to March and Musée de la Truffe et du Tricastin).
