Activity- An Introduction to Sauna or Massage for Parents and their Children

Introducing children with their parents to the sauna, accessible from 7 years old. A monthly meeting, like a family ritual.

For 2 hours, you will move between the sauna cabin with a temperature adapted to children and the resting room to relax. Find out more about flower waters, the benefits of a sauna session, the fun of meeting others and readings stories. A snack will be offered at the end of the session.
