Alice Gîte in Jules Goux house on ramparts of village of Mirmande, classed as one of the loveliest villages in France with its narrow streets and stone houses. Jules Goux was a great racing driver in the 1900s who retired to this house. Spacious gîte with terrace for al fresco dining, view of surrounding countryside. Good restaurants in Mirmande within walking distance. Village is home to artists, sculptors and potters whose works you can admire. Near Valence and Montélimar, on the edge of La Drôme Provençale.
Gîte with very large living room opening onto large terrace (garden table). Large mezzanine overlooking living room (double bed). Separate kitchen. Bedroom (2 single beds OR king-size bed), alcove opening onto little terrace. Bathroom accessed via bedroom, separate WC accessed via bathroom. Small interior courtyard. Gîte adjoining another gîte (2 people).
