Aux Rosiers

We have divided our family home into 2 accommodations. Our cottage named "aux rosiers" corresponds to one of the two. It has benefited from a renovation designed to be pleasant, enjoying the comfort of a real home. It is arranged on 3 levels as follows. On the ground floor: laundry room (washing machine, dryer) which can also be used for your bulky equipment. 1st floor (staircase 15 steps): spacious air-conditioned kitchen/living room thanks to its high ceilings, cozy living room with soft tones (3 steps). 2nd floor (staircase): mezzanine with office, comfortable bedroom with plenty of storage (140x190cm), shower room/wc. Outside: South-West facing balcony with open view, private parking in front of the cottage. Household linen is provided and the bed will be made for your arrival, everything is done to relax you! We live 15km away and we will be very happy to welcome you to the Drôme countryside and advise you. 1 hour from Grenoble, 1 hour 30 minutes from Lyon and only 20/30 minutes from Romans-sur-Isère and Valence, you will be seduced by this air-conditioned, elegant and well-equipped gîte. Located at the foot of the Monts du Matin, the location is ideal at the junction of the Valence plain and the Vercors massif (Col des Limouches, Col de Tourniol, Col de Cavalli). As soon as you leave the city, the Valentinoise countryside seduces with its diversity of landscapes. In the village of Saint Vincent la Commanderie: restaurant, children's games, bike park, GR de Pays du tour des monts du matin. Within a radius of less than 10km: Bakery (Barbières), markets (Peyrus, Chatuzange, Chabeuil), supermarket (Chatuzange, Bésayes, Montélier), swimming pool (Peyrus, Chabeuil).
