Belle vue

In the center of the triangle formed by Valence - Montélimar - Die, between Vercors and Provence, the Belle Vue gîte is perched on the heights, near the old keep of the medieval castle of Crest and a stone's throw from the town centre. The place is the ideal solution to cross the valley of the Drôme and the Diois, while remaining close to the valley of the Rhône and the Drôme provençale, there are a thousand places to discover: picturesque villages, rivers, forests, vineyards (Clairette de Die, AOC Châtillon en Diois, AOC Côteaux de Die), the perched syncline of Saoû, Trois-Becs, cliffs, lavender fields and walnut groves, markets and local products, tourist routes and their panoramas. Many possibilities for hiking, canoeing, cycling. Local festivals: in May the medieval festival, in July/August the Crest Jazz Festival, in February the wool festival.

The Belle Vue gîte is a pleasant contemporary house, independent and bright, arranged as follows. On the ground floor: kitchen, living room/lounge with 4 bay windows, bedroom with shower room/wc (160x200), laundry room/cellar, wc. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (140x190) (140x190) including one with sloping ceilings and with access via a miller's ladder (8 steep and vertical steps), bathroom/wc.
