In Drôme Provençale, just 1 hour from Valence and Avignon and bordering Ardèche, Vaucluse and Gard, the Benedicta gîte will be ideal as a base for discovering the most beautiful sites in the region and enjoy Provence or simply for a rest in a pleasant, beautiful and intimate setting. Vaison-la-Romaine, la Garde-Adhémar, Grignan, Nyons, the Ardèche gorges, wine route circuit, medieval villages and castles, Provençal markets are many ideas for discovery. Nearby: the belvedere offers a bird's eye view of the plain.

Benedicta is located on the first floor of Sarah and Florent's home, enjoying a view in the trees. Air-conditioned living room-lounge-kitchen opening onto the 18m² south-facing terrace covered by a pergola, an air-conditioned bedroom (160x200) facing east-west with a dressing room and a comfortable office area, a bathroom with shower 'Italian and corner bath, a separate toilet. The outdoor area is enclosed and you will benefit from independent access and a private terrace. The swimming pool is to be shared with the owners (size 5x10m, open from May to September depending on the weather, secured by a sliding cover, located 150m from the gîte). You will be charmed, Sarah and Florent will just make you want to come back.
