After a swim, you can finish the descent at nightfall: Vaire is a remarkable platform for stargazing, at the foot of the southern slope of the Saoû syncline.
You can visit the charming village of Francillon with its quiet little streets.
Easy level. You can picnic at the appropriate area on the outskirts of the village or near the Roubion river halfway through the walk.
