Bourg-Lès-Valence
36 rue des jardins26500 Bourg-lès-Valence

Bourg-lès-Valence offers different neighborhoods, all of which are tiered from the Rhône to the plateau. The Rhône, with its banks for pedestrians and the Via Rhôna for cyclists, is ideal for walks and strolls.

From ancient times, the river port favored a commercial boom that attracted a hard-working population. Saint-Pierre church played an important religious role. The first factories gave rise to a major industrial boom, with a textile mill later transformed into a cartridge factory. In the 1960s, the boom in communications and housing transformed the small town into the fourth-largest in the département.

- Remarkable or picturesque sites: the cartridge factory and the banks of the Rhône.

- Green heritage: the 65-hectare Domaine du Valentin, the city's green lung.

- Sites and monuments open to visitors: the Cartoucherie and its public areas for heritage tours or for the JEP.

- Mediation and discovery tools and facilities
