First floor: entrance hall, laundry room (washing machine), garage with 2 parking spaces, children's playroom and access to a garden with sunbathing and relaxation area.
1st floor: living room with dining area, sitting area (sofa, armchairs), pellet stove, balcony, fitted kitchen and access to terrace (dining area and gas hob), shower room/WC (Italian shower, washbasin), bedroom with double bed (1x160),
2nd floor: one bedroom with a double bed (1x160) and another bedroom with three single beds (3x90), shower room/WC (shower, washbasin). The 2nd-floor rooms are air-conditioned (reversible air-conditioning). Public parking 50m from the gîte.
You'll find us in the heart of the Baronnies Provençales Regional Nature Park, 30 minutes from Nyons, Vaison-la-Romaine and Montbrun-les-Bains, on the border with Vaucluse.
The gîte is located in the center of Buis, so you're just a stone's throw from all amenities (shops, restaurants, 2 cinemas, the market square on Wednesdays and Saturdays, public swimming pool 600m away). You can leave your car in the garage and never take it back!
From the gîte's balcony, you have a breathtaking view of the rocks of Saint Julien and Ubrieux, ideal for sporting outings and rock climbing. The dizzying cliffs are yours for the taking, or Mont Ventoux for the indefatigable cyclist. Buis-les-Baronnies is surrounded by rocky outcrops, making it the ideal spot for a wide range of outdoor activities (mountain biking, hiking, canyoning, climbing, via ferrata on the north face of Saint Julien, swimming along the Ouvèze or in the Toulourenc valley...).
