Canopée Cafés

Canopée is a roasting workshop based in Romans sur Isère in the Drôme region of France. We roast a range of Speciality Coffees and Cocoa in our workshop, in line with our responsible approach!

We roast a range of specialty coffees in our workshop:
Forest coffee grown in agroforestry for a remarkable terroir
Café d'altitude, for slower-growing, more aromatic coffee beans
Hand-picked coffee to select mature beans (red)
Plain coffee (no water washing), to preserve flavours and save water
Coffee imported under sail to limit CO2 emissions wherever possible
Slow-roasted, to avoid burning the beans

We are committed to a responsible approach:
Ethical: we pay producers the fair value of their work
Sustainable: So that we can enjoy good coffee for as long as possible
Local: To energize the local social and economic fabric.
