Carpe Diem

The association "Prendre Un Temps Pour Soi" offers dynamic activities to share the taste of the living : gardening, drawing, singing, cooking, well-being, yoga, internet communication, dynamic gymnastics at Mas aux Trois Fontaines, in Nyons, a large and beautiful Provencal house.

The stays can take place over a weekend, three days, five days or a week gathering one or more activities. Some themes combine with the rhythms of the seasons.
The association also organizes tailor-made stays for groups by combining different themes. It can also organize stays for external stakeholders who wish to offer their trainees a living and comfortable home.
