Jaillance Wine Cellar produces AOC (Clairette de Die, Crémant de Die) sweet and dry sparkling wines and still wines AOC Châtillon-en-Diois. Come and taste our range of Jaillance wines. Our wine cellar is open 7 days a week (except on January 1st and December 25th). We sale wines of our own production and of the region.
