Remarkably well placed between Diois and Baronnies Provençales, just 10 minutes from the Hautes-Alpes, La Motte-Chalancon is a small village in the Baronnies Provençales natural park. Overlooking the Oule valley, the village has retained the charm and warmth of a Provençal village where it is always good to walk and stroll through the streets with their many shops and terraces! Provençal market on Mondays, free municipal swimming pool, 2 tennis courts, volleyball court, pétanque court, parties, concerts and open-air cinema. Located 5 minutes from Cornillon-sur-l'Oule and its Pas des Ondes, you can enjoy 2 landscaped bodies of water. A multitude of activities are nearby: climbing, via ferrata (Pas de l'Echelle in Chalancon), hiking (many mid-mountain peaks), marked bicycle and mountain bike trails. Without forgetting the observation of vultures, they colonize the most beautiful cliffs of the Baronnies including the Cairo rock of Rémuzat 10 minutes away.

Very warm welcome by Sophie who gives a new lease of life to this house. Halfway (200m) between Sophie and the village center, located on the ground floor, almost on one level (only 1 step), the house is ideal for families with young children, seniors or disabled. The house is adjoining a house but you have a separate entrance. The living room includes the kitchen-living room-lounge adjoining the terrace via a glass door, the corridor leads to the bedroom (140x190) and the bathroom/wc. Exterior: west-facing terrace and garden, enclosed with garden shed for your bulky equipment or bicycles and motorcycles, private parking. Our 4-legged friends are happily allowed. For the respect of our guests and the joy of the children who may be splashing around in the garden, we ask that the excrement be collected by the owners. Respecting this rule will allow you to have a good vacation with respect for everyone.
