Domaine Aléofane

A renowned estate created in 1970 by Natacha Chave on the Crozes-Hermitage and Hermitage appellations.

Natacha uses biodynamic preparation which stimulate the natural defences of the plant. It is part of an approach that requires a lot of work. The work continues in the vinifications: indigenous yeasts, no enzymes. The wines are unfiltered, unfined and low in sulphites.
