Domaine équestre des Archanges

In a green oasis, devoted to horses, sport and nature, Mathe welcoms you to pratice horse riding accessible to all. Open all year round, riding on horseback or poney, cours, internship, stroll and walks are proposed to beginners and to riders galop 7+.

Come and join us for a wide range of activities to suit everyone's enjoyment, a cocktail of skills supervised by a qualified professional and our faithful horses and ponies: serene, versatile and well-trained!

During the school year, group lessons are available on reservation:
- group lessons on Wednesdays and Saturdays, and some Fridays and Sundays - all levels
- individual lessons on Wednesdays or during the week
- competitions, challenges and events on selected Sundays

During the school vacations, the following are also available on reservation:
* Training courses :
1/2 day or full day, from age 4, beginner or advanced.
Thanks to our pedagogical approach and fun workshops, you'll learn to look after your pony/horse and communicate with it, both on foot and on its back, an ideal place and partner for combining confidence, pleasure, progress and technique.
Initiation, dressage, jumping, games, trail rides, cross-country, TREC, acrobatics, work on foot... Themed: Halloween, Christmas...
In the arena, indoor arena, cross-country or on the trail.
Reservations required. Vacations: All Saints' Day, Christmas, Spring and every day in summer. February, weather permitting.

* Horseback rides (with guide only)...
Rides are above all privileged moments with the horses/ponies. Ride time includes: welcome, contact with your horse, instructions and ride on the heights of Le Buis, in the heart of Provence between hills, olive trees, apricot trees, lime trees and a river.

* Discovery pony rides (unaccompanied - accompanied by parents)...
For children aged 2 and over, 1/2h or 1h rides around the Domaine Equestre, along the river.
Reservations required. Daily in summer and during school vacations. Possibility out of season, please contact us.

* Trekking
From 2 to 4 days - Gîte, full board, organic meals, shuttle to Avignon train station (Program and dates on our website).

* Junior camps and themed courses
From age 6 - 5 days / 4 nights - Camp accommodation, Meals with local produce, Activities and Avignon station shuttle (Summer program and dates on website).

The Domaine équestre des Archanges is accessible from the village on foot, by bike, by car or by bus. It is located in the village of Buis les Baronnies, at the Rieuchaud sports center, Les Tuves. Coffee and soft drinks corner, picnic area available. Riverfront and sports fields just a few meters away (tennis, soccer, basketball, skate park, etc.).

Since its installation in 2016, the stable has been approved by the Fédération Française d'Equitation and holds 6 Quality Labels:
