Beautiful stone house, adjoining the owners' house, located 10 minutes from the center of Saint-Maurice sur Eygues, 20 minutes from the A7 exit (Bollène). The village is ideally situated between Nyons (12 kms), famous for its AOC olive oil, year-round Provencal market and Festiv'Eté, and Vaison la Romaine (20 mn), with its prestigious ancient heritage. If you're a keen walker or cyclist, there's something for everyone. The famous Mont Ventoux is only 60 km away. Do you like wine? The southern Rhône Valley is rich in AOC wines: Côtes du Rhône, Coteaux du Tricastin- Grignan-Les Adhémars, Châteauneuf-du-Pape, there's something for every palate.
