You can combine the joys of the countryside with the pleasures of the city. You're just 5min from the village of Upie and the Jardin aux Oiseaux. Crest and its famous tower (France's highest keep) are 15 minutes away. The botanical village of Chabrillan and the Ramières nature reserve are 20 minutes away. You can also swim and canoe on the Drôme river.

This duplex gîte is housed in the former dovecote of a 19th-century building. Renovation and furnishings have been made using quality materials. On the first floor, you'll enjoy a terrace that stays cool in summer thanks to its northern exposure, overlooking the plain and the foothills of the Vercors. Entrance via the living room with fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting area; sofa bed (1x140), shower room/WC (shower cubicle). 2nd floor: TV lounge with BZ sofa (1x140); an original beam runs through this open-plan room, so you'll have to bend down. Two bedrooms, each with a double bed (1x140) (1x140), shower room/WC (Italian shower). All rooms are equipped with reversible air-conditioning. Parking (4 spaces) on the property, unfenced grounds, gas barbecue (plancha/grill). Adjoining the owners' home.
