You'll be in Drôme Provençale, 9 km from Montélimar, the land of nougat and lavender! The gîte is 1km from the center of Sauzet, a charming medieval village. The location is ideal for exploring Provence, the Rhône valley and the Valdaine plain. The Marsanne forest (one of France's oldest communal forests) is 10 minutes away, as is the Valdaine golf course. Discover the hilltop villages of Provence (La Laupie, Allan, Condillac, Savasse and many more!). Access to the gîte is easy. It is located 14 km from exit n°17 Montélimar-nord, and 20 km from exit n°18 Montélimar-sud.

Spacious gîte located on the first floor of the owners' home in a small residential area of the village of Sauzet. The entrance is independent, and the garden is shared with Liliane and Gilbert, the owners. The terrace and garden furniture are reserved for you. Entrance hall, fitted kitchen opening onto the living room, dining area and sitting area: 140cm sofa bed, TV. Bedroom (1x140), shower room (Italian shower) and WC.
