It is accessed via a separate entrance.
With a surface area of approx. 60m2, the ground floor comprises :
- 1 lounge/library with large closet and hanging space
- 1 bathroom with walk-in shower, heated towel rail and WC
- 1 open-plan kitchen with dining area
First floor
- 1 bedroom with double bed (160x190) and reversible air-conditioning
- 1 open mezzanine with single bed (90x190).
The 10m2 indoor swimming pool is available from May to September.
The gite sleeps 3 in low season, and 2 in high season.
