Gîte adjoining the owners' house (an 18th-century farmhouse) in a quiet, leafy setting. First floor: independent entrance and private terrace. Equipped kitchen opening onto living room. Sitting area with sofa and TV. Separate WC. 1st floor: bedroom with 2x90 or 1x180 beds and sitting area. Private shower room (Italian shower and washbasin). Separate WC.
