Gîte sous les étoiles de Geyssans

Our gîte offers absolute peace and quiet, close to all amenities. It's a place for rest and oxygenation. It's also an excellent base for exploring the Drôme des Collines and the Vercors.

Spacious (200 m2) and comfortable, completely renovated, it is totally independent but located next to our home. Its large living room, covered terrace and garden invite you to share and relax. Unique views and memorable sunsets. A large renovated swimming pool (10X5) and outdoor play equipment for children are available on a shared basis.

In detail :
- large living room with cathedral ceiling and wood-burning stove,
- second living room with TV and DVD player,
- ground floor: 1 bedroom with 1 x 160x200 bed and 1 x 90x200 bed, 1 shower room with WC,
- upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom with double bed 160x200, 1 bedroom with 3 beds 90x190), bathroom, separate WC, library corner.
- Outside: private covered terrace with barbecue, unobstructed view of the Ardèche mountains.
- private garden in front of the gîte and shared with our family at the back.

Wifi via Starlink.

Other remarks
Deposit required on arrival: 800€ and cleaning deposit: 150€. These sums will be returned to you once you have checked out.
During school vacations, we only accept weekly rentals.
