On the ground floor you have a large living room with a new kitchen very well equipped, dining room and living room (sofa bed), a separate toilet and a laundry room. On the first floor: 2 bedrooms, one with 1 bed in 140/190 and another bedroom with 2 beds in 80/200 and 2 nesting beds 80/190cm, a shower room with double basin and an independent toilet. You have a large garage to store your bikes and your car. The location is ideal to visit the Drôme and the Ardèche, you are close to the Rhone valley, the Vercors, the Royans, the Gorges of the Ardèche... Activities: fishing lake nearby, visiting perched villages, climbing in Marsanne, swimming and canoeing on the Drôme, hiking, Saou forest, Gare des Ramières (Maison de la Réserve Naturelle Nationale des Ramières) in Allex, Bird Garden in Upie, Aquarium of the tropics in Allex, many festivals in Crest, Theater of greenery in Grâne, cellars of producers of Clairette in the Diois, Memorial of the Resistance in the Vercors, Shoe Museum in Romans...
