Very quiet place, no passing roadIt has direct access to the pool and a private PATIO where you can have lunch enjoying the sun of the Drôme or the shade of the vines at the hottest hours. Access via the Patio, gîte on the first floor, living room with fully equipped kitchenette (dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator and freezer) and lounge, a bedroom with a 160cm bed and access to the swimming pool, bathroom with Italian shower and washing machine and an independent toilet. Gîte with free wifi and TV. Private parking in front of the gîte. Outside swimming pool shared with another gîte. Gite between vineyards and olive trees at the beginning of the hiking trails. Two kilometres from the city centre, free shuttle service available. The first shops are 800 metres away (supermarkets and bakery) in front of the gîte.
