House near owners' home comprising 2 gîtes + bedroom reserved for owners. 1st floor gîte (10-12 people) with outdoor area to the front. Shared swimming pool. Open-plan living room with lounge and fitted kitchen areas, 2 bedrooms - 1 with shower cubicle/washbasin (2 double beds), bedroom (single bed, 2 single bunks), mezzanine bedroom (double bed, 2 single beds) sleeping alcove (double bed), shower room, 2 WCs. Electric heating. Walking/hiking on the doorstep. Bed and household linen supplied.

The upstairs gîte, designed to accommodate 10 to 12 people, benefits from an outdoor area in front of the gîte. Shared swimming pool. Living room with sitting area and integrated kitchenette, 2bedroom (2 double beds, 1 with shower cubicle and washbasin), 1bedroom (3 single beds, 2 of which are bunk beds), 1bedroom on the mezzanine (1 double bed, 2 single beds) and a sleeping area with 1 double bed, shower room, 2 wc, electric heating. Bed linen and towels provided. Guest room in the house.
