Gavin offers a warm welcome to his 19th century farmhouse, surrounded by fields, a 10 minute walk from the village center. The guest house
adjoins another rented property, and shares the following common faciliƟes: a summer kitchen with gas plancha, a summer lounge, a games
room with ping pong and billiard tables, a fitness room, and a washing machine. Cyclist friendly with bike storage.
On the ground floor the house offers a private terrace, a large 50m2 living space with fiƩed kitchen, and a toilet with shower. Upstairs there
are 2 large double bedrooms (one 140x200 and one 140x190 bed) a children's bedroom with a single bed and a bunk bed (all 90x190 beds)
and a shower room. Beds are made on arrival. AcƟviƟes in the area include hiking, running, cannoning, paragliding, maiden flights, climbing,
cycling, mountain biking, etc. Local tourist sites : Combe Laval, Choranche caves, waterfalls...etc.
