A vacation rental with swimming pool in one of France's most beautiful villages, in Grignan, Drôme Provençale. You can walk to get the bread, drink a coffee or enjoy a meal in one of the village's fine restaurants.

The village house opens onto a nicely landscaped garden with nooks and crannies, enclosed by stone walls. The pool area is secured by a fence. The pool measures 6 m x 3 m, with a waterline of 1.30 to 1.60 m. The property comprises two buildings facing each other, the House and the Workshop. A house combining the charm of the past with the comfort of contemporary renovation. The house offers 150 m² of living space on two levels. The living room occupies the entire volume of the open-plan garden level, a luminous through room. The kitchen is well-equipped, the living room is comfortable and in winter offers the warmth of the wood-burning stove. The dining room faces the garden. Guest toilet. Second floor: 3 bedrooms. Bathroom and toilet The spacious master bedroom (160 cm bed) opens onto a terrace overlooking the garden. The children's bedroom with two twin beds (90 cm). The guest bedroom with a (140 cm bed) On the top floor, the bedroom under the roof with its cosy corner on the landing (140 cm bed) The workshop offers an independent loft-style bedroom, spacious with its own library area and private shower room. This room opens directly onto the garden and pool. The whole is beautifully and comfortably decorated in keeping with the spirit of the times.
You can walk to the château for a visit, an open-air play as part of the "Nocturnes de Grignan" or the correspondence festival.
