La Maison Figuet

This Haussmann-style house was built in 1888 by Adolphe Figuet, an emblematic figure in the history of the Romans shoe industry, and later Mayor of the town. Behind the house was a factory built by A. Figuet in 1889.

The pediment still reads "Manufacture de Chaussures".
