Detached single-storey wooden house. Entrance via the living room: fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, dining area, sitting area (sofa, armchairs, TV), wood-burning stove. Two bedrooms: the first with a double bed (1x160) and the second with a single bed (1x120, sofa bed), shower room (shower, washbasin), separate toilet. Storeroom with washing machine. Terrace with wooden garden furniture, parasol, lovely view of the Monts d'Ardèche and Pilat. Access to a Finnish kota (barbecue) on request. Parking on the property. Owners' house a few meters from the gîte. Heating exclusively by wood-burning stove. Sloping access road to gîte (approx. 10 m).
