The Louma house has 2 cottages, each with its own entrance. The 50m² of the Agate are arranged on the ground floor and on one level. Inside: entrance through the bay window of the living room (TV, games, sofa bed, coffee table and adjoining access to the terrace), kitchen, 17m² bedroom (king size bed 180x200cm, TV, desk, storage (wardrobe and rack), window with electric roller shutter), shower room/wc. Outside and for your exclusive use: enclosed garden, parking, south-facing terrace and its coconut fiber shade pergola, Weber type BBQ. To be shared with the guests of the second cottage: wellness area (5-seater spa and infrared sauna). For your comfort: underfloor heating, household and bath linen is provided (sheets, towels, spa bathrobes) and the bed will be made for your arrival. 3 hours south of Lyon and 2 minutes from the village center, this beautiful single-storey cottage is ideal for families with young children, seniors and anyone looking for peace, comfort and great amenities. Rémuzat is a perfect destination for discovering the Baronnies Provençales and crisscrossing the region (Vaucluse and the Hautes Alpes are not far away). In Rémuzat: the rocky bar of the Rocher du Caire and its vultures, hiking, market on Saturday mornings, mini-market, producer store, delicatessen, tobacco-press-bread depot, bank, restaurant, tourist office, multi-sports ground, tennis court.
