L'Appart Fitness Bourg-de-Péage is a family-run health club with a friendly atmosphere, offering a wide range of group classes. Your membership gives you access to all L'Appart Fitness clubs from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. every day.

There are 48 weekly classes in 5 categories:
- Cardio-vascular: RPM, BodyAttack, BodyCombat, RPM
- Muscle-building: Thighs Abdos Buttocks, BodySculpt, BodyPump, LesMills CORE
- Gentle methods: Pilates, Stretching, BodyBalance
- Team classes : Cross-training, TRX, Hiit and Boxing
- Dance: Sh'Bam

Our qualified and passionate coaches are dedicated to making sport a pleasure. They all give group classes and are available to give you advice:

80 m² cardio area equipped with Matrix machines
A 200 m² weight room equipped with Matrix machines
450 m² FITNESS studio
180 m² RPM studio with 50 bikes
A 240 m² TEAM TRAINING studio equipped with boxing bags, TRX and Cross-Training equipment
A 140 m² GENTLE METHODS studio with parquet flooring
A coaching studio for personalized follow-up
Two massage studios, including one specialized in kinesiology
An infrared sauna with private shower
Men's changing room with 5 showers
A women's changing room with 6 showers
Outdoor parking lot with +400 spaces
Relaxation area with sofas, coffee machine and table soccer.


The sales team, Cassandra, Stéphanie and Jacques-Michaël, are 100% at your service from 09:00 to 20:00 Monday to Friday, and from 09:00 to 12:00 on Saturdays.
