Between Tain l'Hermitage and Chanas, the gîte is located in the center of the village of Beausemblant.

In the heart of the Rhône valley, less than 5 km from the Viarhôna route, you'll be able to enjoy great hiking and biking. For climbing enthusiasts, less than 15 minutes away is a natural bouldering site called "les Roches qui dansent", a geological curiosity set in shady undergrowth. The Cité du Chocolat de Valrhôna is about 30 minutes away. You can also discover the expertise of local craftsmen: Revol and Jars porcelain in Saint-Uze (10 mins), Lafuma factory outlet in Anneyron (10 mins), Marques-Avenue in Romans (40 mins). Within a 20-kilometer radius: the mythical Palais du Facteur Cheval in Hauterives, the Ardèche train and its bicycle rail system, the Peaugres safari, the still museum in St Désirat and hot-air balloon flights in Annonay. Beausemblant is 14 kms from exit 12 of the A7 motorway.

Accommodation adjoining a second 7-person gîte. Entrance via shared courtyard. The gîte is independent and not overlooked. First floor: fitted kitchen opening onto the living room, dining area and lounge (sofa, armchair, TV), bedroom (beds 2x90x200 or 1x180x200), separate toilet, shower room (washbasin, Italian shower), garage with table soccer, washing machine and sink. Upstairs (slightly steep staircase with handrail): attic bedroom (beds 2x80x200 or 1x160x200). Reversible air-conditioning in living room. Private sheltered terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs and electric plancha. On-property parking, space in shared courtyard.
