Domaine de la Papeterie is just west of the village of Tulette and its amenities, and 25 minutes from Grignan, Nyons and Vaison-la-Romaine. Numerous tourist attractions: Mont Ventoux, the Dentelles de Montmirail, castles and old villages such as Grignan, Suze-la-Rousse, La Garde Adhémar, Clansayes, the region's wines and AOCs, the wine university and its museum, Provencal markets and local specialties (lavender, truffles, nougats, olives, fruit). The Baronnies regional nature park is not far away. Fast, easy access: 20 minutes from the Bollène toll booth (A7).

Agnès and Didier welcome you to one of the two gîtes they've just renovated, an experience filled with emotion. Le Barry is a vacation home adjoining a gîte, but with its own entrance. The house is laid out as follows: first floor: air-conditioned kitchen/living room with French doors opening onto the shaded terrace, air-conditioned bedroom (3x90x200, 2 of which can be twinned into a 180x200), shower room (large shower), separate toilet. Upstairs: air-conditioned attic bedroom (1x160x200). The spirit of sharing takes pride of place: to be shared with guests of the second gîte, parking, table tennis table, pétanque court, bicycle storage area, swimming pool (size 12x5m, max depth 2.5m, open from May to September, weather permitting). The property covers more than 1 hectare (2.5 acres), providing an intimate space in the shade.
