The grounds are vast, around 2000 m², with a swimming pool just for you or ... (to be shared occasionally with the owner). Departure point for hiking and biking. You'll enjoy a lively village that has preserved its small shops, just a 10-minute walk from your accommodation.

Close to the perched villages of Grignan and La Garde Adhémar, classified as France's most beautiful villages... You'll enjoy a rich architectural and cultural heritage, surrounded by lavender fields (between May/June and early July), vineyards and beautiful panoramic views!

Large bedroom with 1 x 160 x 200 bed, 1 x 130 x 180 sofa-bed for 1 teenager or 2 young children. Armchairs and storage space available. TV and WIFI. A terrace area is accessible from the bedroom French window. It opens directly onto the property's semi-enclosed 2000 m² garden. The separate, spacious bathroom is equipped with a whirlpool bath (luminous), 1 x 2 washbasin, storage space and a radiant heater, mirror and sockets. A fully-equipped gym is at your disposal. The 8x4 swimming pool (1.60 m deep) is freely accessible and open at all times. A storage room for bikes and motorcycles is available on site. You can also prepare tasty meals by the pool, with free access to the summer kitchen (plancha, dishwasher and all you need to cook).
