This studio is located in a quiet residential area overlooking the small town of Nyons. You'll be just 1km from the town center and all amenities. In the heart of the Baronnies Provençales Regional Nature Park, renowned for its sunny microclimate, come and discover the villages and buildings that bear witness to history, the gorges, hills and mountains of the Pays Nyonsais. Tradition, culture and the pleasures of the senses will also be on offer! You'll be able to enjoy magnificent walks and bike rides, as well as nature sports (climbing...) in the midst of the surrounding countryside. Less than 1 hour from Carpentras, Buis-les-Baronnies and Montélimar, your radius of action is rich in tourist sites and varied natural heritage, as well as local discoveries and tastings. Vinsobres and Grignan-les-Adhémar AOC vineyards, Baronnies hillsides, local Provencal markets, medieval villages and castles, rivers...

Studio located on the 1st floor (above the owners' garage), accessed via a 9-step metal staircase. Living room with kitchenette, dining area, convertible sofa (1x140), TV, sleeping area with bed (1x120) and bunk bed (1x90), bathroom (shower, washbasin, sanitary toilet). Balcony with table and chairs, view of Nyons and surrounding mountains (slightly overlooking the owners' terrace below). Parking in front of the gîte.
