Le Prieuré

Le Prieuré is a guest house of the diocese of Valence, open to all. It includes halls (for up to 70 people), bedrooms and gîtes. We have a total of 30 beds, and the whole complex can be rented out as a group gîte.

Located at the entrance to Grignan, one of France's most beautiful villages, the Prieuré lies at the heart of a 22-hectare park bordered by lavender, almond and truffle oaks.

Originally a barn, the house was first transformed into a priory for a community of nuns, before becoming a guest house whose rooms were completely renovated in spring 2022.
The beauty of the property and its lush greenery are ideal for rest and relaxation.

Now open to all, Le Prieuré is a house belonging to the diocese of Valence, offering bed & breakfast, four gîtes and a parish house. It is run by a couple who live on site and ensure its smooth running.

Prayer times, exhibitions, cultural presentations and other activities take place there on a regular basis. We therefore ask our guests to respect the calm and peaceful atmosphere of the place.
